we've recently started using fronter calendar as an electronic form of our school dairy by adding appointments to a shared staff room but, we have a few quirks that would make it easier for users to use. the problem is, they are probably not possible but i thought i'd ask anyway..
is there a way to hide who posted the appointment? for example, if i add "Headteacher to meet with parents" to the calendar, it will show that i added it which is quite confusing when looking at the appointment for some.
secondly, is there a way to change the default calendar to post to for a user? the problem is, some staff try and add something to the staff's room on fronter but add it to their own personal calendar as its the default.
i'm skeptical anything can be done about these issues but its worth a try!
