hi all,
Can I just ask use has anyone got any types of security measures in place if your hosting your Moodle in house, e.g firewall?

10th May 2011, 08:18 AM #10 Our moodle site integrates with AD, Zimbra Mail, Our file servers, Serco MIS for attendance, grades, letters, behaviour and reports.
I even added the reports, letters and behaviour section myself (with the help of Facility to Moodle developer
)

Ours sits behind out LEA's firewall - the only ports on which you can access is port 80 and also 20/21 for FTP
Which will be the same when it comes in house - although no FTP from the outside world only internally
