RSS Feed sharepoint new window

Hello

we have an rss feed viewer on our sharepoint site on the vle. I want to be able to click a link on the rss feed and get it to open into a new window as at the momment it opens in the same window.

There are no options on the viewer to do this

Not sure if this'll help. But i did a RSS ticker this way.


and changed the

to

<a href="{$item_link}" title="{$item_title}" target="_blank">
