VLE Courses - admin / teachers

Can anyone recommend a course for a lead person for Moodle / VLE's within a school/college. I've been asked to investigate this for myself and wondered if anyone has any recommendations.

    Many thanks

I'm after an administration and teaching style course, so it covers the entirety of training. I then hope to pass on this knowledge to teachers within my school through presentations and documentation.
There are lots of vague companies offering these kinds of courses but I just need some recommended ones so I'm not jumping into rubbish.

    Cheers

ULCC ULCC: home run a number of courses for teachers as well as administrators, it may be worth coming to Teachmeet Moodle in July in London (to get some additional ideas/feedback)

I would also speak with Ian Usher at Bucks CC, as well as the forthcoming TeachMeet Moodle. Personally I would also recommend Moodle Teaching Techniques: Amazon.co.uk: William Rice: Books too.

A really good admin book is Alex Buchners's Moodle 1.9 Admin Depending on the age of your pupils, if it's for teaching I could't possibly comment!

Hi there - just a cautionary note to oll - you can't use the words Moodle training or use the Moodle logos if you aren't an approved Moodle partner (I know; been bitten )
