    Kaleidos and PDAs

Am interested to find out if anyone has got the calendar in Kaleidos working with any sort of PDA device and if so, which one?

The reason is that our Head wants her diary to be available over the school network but also wants something she can take with her to meetings etc. so that she can check her availability and so on. Ideally, she can then dock the device and upload / download new content to and from the network.

Setting up an exchange server and outlook seems to be using a sledgehammer to crack a nut, which is why I've thought of Kaleidos. But am wondering if the technology is there yet?

From what I have seen here, the calendar within Kaleidos is very limited. I seriously doubt it's a viable option of I'm honest.

Yeah I have to say the features in Kaleidos aren't very impressive, but am thinking round different ways of doing things as we are only a small primary school and therefore don't need a large-scale, expensive solution. Would be nice to work with what we've got really, but yeah I think you could be right about the calendar.
