I have this small problem we have recently created 1200 Google Mail accounts for our pupils. I want to give staff access to send e-mails to these pupils through SharePoint. I would like a new site with a list like Year 7 Year 8 ….. with their e-mail addresses. I have created the new pupil accounts with their e-mail address in a new OU in our staff domain. Then I have created a new group within SharePoint pointing to this new OU.
How can I create a site showing the e-mail addresses and allowing users to filter to the different years. But the only thing is I want it like the Users & People view where you have a selection box and a option at the top saying e-mail users from the actions tab. It seems every time I create a new site/page I do not get the selection box or the option to email users.
