    Moodle Feedback Links

In a gradebook we have our course totals setup to show an overall grade (i.e. A*, or C- etc). This works well, but we want to take it one step further and have it so the grade is auto-linked to a document that gives specific feedback for that grade.

So if a user has a C- they can click it and be taken to a general C- page for that subject and be informed how they can go about working towards a B or something.

    Any ideas?

I suppose a very crude way of doing this would be to use javascript to read the value held in the gradebook average, then link to a specific document based on that.

Probably do the same in PHP, probably better to do it this way.

I think, from my little knowledge of Moodle, that the best way to do this would be to write a filter of sorts. I can then create a document named the same as the course ID, and open that when clicked, with an anchor in the document to the correct chapter (i.e. take the user straight to the section on improving from a grade C to a B).
