Moodle Forum Addons

Hi,

I can see a few addons on the moodle website to extend functionality of the forums module. I want the ability to lock a post. What is the best one you have used and can you give any personal feedback?

I must admit I haven't given thought to extending the functionality of the forum - I can only see the "forum post approval" patch in Moodle - I haven't seen any others unless you can point me in that direction?

There was forum plus but it doesnt work with our version (1.9.6) they stopped developing at 1.6. I tried to install it on a test system but didn't make changes to the database correctly

Seems like an oversight on the part of Moodle.

I've had a look round too and I can't see anything either, other than the suggestion of moving posts to a locked forum, which is possible.

Thats what we currently do, i would like to lock them though. Never mind eh
