Hi,
I am looking at this guide about NTLM authentication - NTLM authentication - MoodleDocs
Under Installation on 1.9 it says the following
On IIS: turn on Integrated Authentication
I am running IIS7, the only options i have for authentication are:
Basic authentication
Windows authentication
Digest authentication
Radius authentication
Im not sure but has it been renamed in IIS7 or is the article incorrect?
Which of the above do i need please?
Many Thanks

28th July 2009, 12:42 PM #6 Hi i am back
Does anyone know if it will work with basic Auth? Reason i am asking is our portal only supports basic auth and no auth.
Thanks

28th July 2009, 12:47 PM #7 The problem with Basic is it'll sent passwords unencrypted. Something you probably want to avoid.

28th July 2009, 01:41 PM #10 Site Admin -> Security -> HTTP Security.
Enable 'Use HTTPS for Logins'.
Beware the scarey warnings.
