Host moodle yourselves!
Buy a semi decent box to stick it on and get ur isp to route what u need.
You then have almost full control over it, no bloomin cock ups at the lea end!

We've got ours running on a Sun box, works a treat, great performance and doesn't throttle the internet when used in school as its redirected locally.

please could you let me know how you configured moodle for internal and external access
what did you change in the config file
