Saw that it was quick way for pearson to get into the lp market in the uk but it certainly helps bring into org staff needed for Project Tapestry.

Very interesting but no detail and K12, so US centric. They do mention Sif.

Would be its a usa project not a uk project got nothing to do with the uk.

What I am saying is pearson needed to get expertise into its org so that it can be created so buying fronter very smart move as they have expertise to create it. Also at same time gives them foothold in the uk LP market as fronter got large share of uk market.

They did but it never took for various reasons one of those as I understand was the lack of expertise within the org.
