Java Apps integration with Moodle

I have a maths teacher who having created many Java apps with Geogebra and just java itself would like to save the data into moodle. I.E. The java app has several questions he would like to save the score and time it was done it to Moodle does anyone know how this could be achieved or know somewhere this has already been done?
