Moodle - Site Admin Pages not loading

God knows what is happening but whenever I try to load a page from the site admin section nothing happens. Please see attached screen shot

How do I do that?

Find this in your PHP.ini

display_errors = Off

Should do the trick. Remember to restart Apache

Done that and I'm now examing the log files but I can't see anything obvious. Could it be a mysql problem rather than PHP?

If it was then I think your whole Moodle site would be affected.

Maybe it's worht tring another browser, the time out could be part of a table loading and failing. IE is particularly bad for this.

If it was then I think your whole Moodle site would be affected. Do you have a backup you can restore to a new Moodle installation? Not sure how Moodle backup works.

Interesting. All pages are affected once you've logged in. none of the layout works properly (see attached.)

No backup - this is pure experimenation
