Merging Moodle courses

Is it even possible?

The Head of IT and myself have both created a couple of bits for a Moodle INSET; we have put them in different courses! Does anyone know of an easy way to merge the two courses into one?

As long as you have rights to both courses go to the administration block in course A and import from course B.
