I have a school that were migrated to Office 365 for only Staff email by county several years ago. Hence all users have a logon but the assigned licence for each user is only for Exchange Online (Plan 1) for students.

The school have no server hence no AD.

They have been using RM Learning platform to store all planning and now need to move all off it onto SharePoint via Office 365.

Has anyone any experience of this type of setup and any pointers on how to go about it. I think I will need to create each member of staff a separate and different username to the email and assign them A2 Licences. If thatís the case RM Unifyís single logon for both email and SharePoint seems like a good option.

Any pointers or help anyone can offer would be most welcome.
