I have a small problem. I have installed Activstudio 3 throughout my school, which is working fine on all the Activboards but I have a couple of Presenta boards on which it doesn't work.
I get a message telling me that there isn't an Activboard connected when I try to start Activstudio 3. I still have PX on these PC's which still works.
Has anyone else had this problem.
I've had a look on the Promethean website but cannot find any relevant info in their knowledge base and haven't got the time to sit a wait for someone to answer the phone.
So hopefully one of you lovely people out there has had this problem and can point me in the right direction.

That would be because a presenta board is not an activeboard? even though it's made by promethean?

But you can by a software pack from Promethean to upgrade the presenta boards probably rewrites the boards firmware as well?

We've upgraded 3 of our presenta boards. They basically send you out a USB activote hub, which emulates a full size activboard so the drivers work correctly. It also looks like a magic egg, which is nice.

I now have my USB activote hubs and my Presenta boards are working a treat with AS3. Thanks for your assistance.
