Question Sharepoint for Schools "FileXplorer" - anyone else using this?

Hi, we have purchased SharePoint for schools' "FileXplorer" web part for use within our SharePoint installation. We have been trying to contact them for support and not been able to get our issue resolved. Has anyone used this company or their web parts before? I can't seem to get anywhere with their technical support...

Anyone else had a similar problem or had more success than us at getting support? We get promised that they'll get back to us but as yet no one has.

    Their product is here:

    LiveLabs - Home

    Thanks
    Richard

I remember making an enquiry about this a while back and never got a response either. I'm not 100% convinced they are still around - their "Customers" site SSL certificate expired in July.

    When did you purchase?

Just got a reply with a manual in word doc attached to the email. We didn't receive this when we first purchased the product last year. The product is brilliant definitely worth the money when it is working (which to be fair it normally always is) - however it can be quite difficult to get a quick response from their support team. We have been without this for about 10 days now.

I think we've had it for nearly a year now so we've not had it that long but a lot of people have found the product very useful.

    Thanks for the input
