RM - WE LEARN

I've been speaking to a friend who works in Warwickshire school, they want to start using Moodle. He is new to the position and has been told that there school has been provided with WE LEARN from RM. Can anyone Expand on this, I've checked out the RM site on WE LEARN and it doesnt throw up any information on the VLE content provision side. I know Kaliedos is the normal VLE provided from RM,

Any information on WE LEARN greatfully recieved.

By looks we learn nothing to do with rm they maybe adding Kaliedos into we learn ???

I've found that this is also being put into practice in Hertfordshire also, so would appreciate any feedback from anyone in herfordshire.

I notice on the HGfl site that they have been given a SIMS 'extraction' tool which extracts the correct data from SIMS three times a day! intresting!

RM Sims Data Extractor can run as many times as you set it to.

It's a pgf file. Can't give you a copy as it contains all our data :-)

To be honest issue here is not what vle you use but how it implemented with in your school.

Also remember vle is not learning platform which is what the government targets are set.

So yes you can have rm vle but you also need the ‘portal’ side be that a share point server of your own, RM’s portal or who ever.

Don’t get two things confused like lot of good people do?
