Anyone know the process for upgrading a VM cluster and DPM?
(Not upgraded but) we have gone with System Centre Virtual Machine Manager 2012 & System Centre Data Protection Manager 2012 for our new brand new Hyper-V/Server setup. installed during the past couple of weeks.
First time we have virtualized so we don't know any different ;)
How is it going, or too early to tell?
I have upgrade from 2007 to 2012 and setup a new SCVMM 2012 aswell. Seems to be running really well :) They have ironed out a lot of the issues I was having with PXE.

I just renewed my license and added DPM so hopefully see it when my licenses are enabled :)
SCCM 2012 here for a summer rollout. Going very well, certainly better to use than 2007 was and any issues are very minor. A hell of a lot more powerful, in fact the most difficult thing is ironing out things we don't need as it's far too powerful for what's required of it.
DPM 2012 is available on MS licensing mines just become active.
Ross2k5: how do you effect an upgrade for Hyper-V and DPM? We're currently running the previous version.
Trying to decide whether it's something we can do, or something we'll need consultancy support with.
