If i login to Citrix via the ICA client from a thin client box the 'clientname' is picked up and my script maps a printer, if i login through the web interface from the same client the Citrix server sees a different clientname that seems to be 'WI-randomname'. The problem here is that the printerscript doesn't add a printer.
How can i get Citrix to see the real clientname when logging in through the web interface?

Disable the Java client on the web interface, so users are forced to download and install the citrix client pack.
I don't know that you can do it in the same way because the client of the terminal server is technically the box running Web Gateway. You could maybe include a statement that opens an input box asking for the user to enter the client name. After all, the Web Gateway/Secure Gateway will usually only be used offsite so printer mapping isn't quite the same issue.
I had a feeling that might be the case. I received some docs from Novus suggesting using r-kiosk so when the user logs in the browser goes full screen and they only see the web interface before logging in but looking at this problem i think we'll be using the ICA client instead.
