Greenshot and Citrix
Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone can shed any light on a little issue. We're using greenshot for capturing the screen/regions. When a user captures it locally then pastes it into Word (remote application) the default paste option is HTML format. Which has this in a clipboard viewer:
<img border='0' src='file:///C:\Documents_and_Settings\pashley.domain\Local_Set tings\Temp\5czorhjz.rxx.bmp' width='33' height='28'>
When pasting using the default HTML Format, you just get a blank box (Citrix is looking on the server's C drive rather than the local drive).
Any ideas (rather than going to paste special - bitmap) to either make the default paste work and look in the correct location, copy the file when it's been copied to the right location or any other suggestions?
Thanks,
