I have been thinking about using terminal services and clients but I'm thinking about control programs such as ABTutor Control. Do these programs work with thin clients?
The way that NetSupport works with thin clients is that each session uses a different TCP port for NSM - this is automated through config files so that the each client always gets the same port.
If you only want to use control for administration purposes, the 'shadow' feature is more than ample - with Citrix make sure that you configure this with control ability at installation time as the default config does not allow it (something to do with the number of financial institutions that use Citrix and the sensitivity of data).
Another option is to install a VNC server on the client of course.
