Which virtualization solution do you use?
Just interested to know what people are using out there.

Got mostly XenServer boxes, but I do have one server running the old VMWare Server, as a couple of the VMs require access to USB ports and the like, which as yet XenServer doesn't support (and I don't want to buy a ethernet usb host).
VMware vSphere ESX on my servers. VirtualBox on my desktop.
We use Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 for server virtualization.

Hyper-V R2 on the servers and VMware Workstation v7.1 on my desktop PC. We also have VMware Fusion on a couple of Apple Mac's too.
We use Windows 2008 r2 Hyper-V with SCVMM as our virtualisation solution and management

Citrix XenServer on our new install is the plan - use Oracle VirtualBox quite extensively on my desktop for testing/mucking about purposes.

2008 R2 Hyper-V server for everything but our filthy Avaya Voicemail server that needs a parallel port dongle which I am trying to pipe into VMWare Server GSX.
VMware Vsphere v4u2 on 3 esx boxes
bio..

We were going down the Hyper-V route but have at the last minute switched to vSphere to take advantage of our limited resources. Just testing 2 hosts with ESX, and will be adding 2 more blades as hosts in the summer, and a load of hard disks.
VMware and wouldn't have it any other way, love its simplicity and performance. I'd be interested to see how many people don't currently use any virtualisation at all if your able to add that to the poll?
