Got mostly XenServer boxes, but I do have one server running the old VMWare Server, as a couple of the VMs require access to USB ports and the like, which as yet XenServer doesn't support (and I don't want to buy a ethernet usb host).

Citrix XenServer on our new install is the plan - use Oracle VirtualBox quite extensively on my desktop for testing/mucking about purposes.

2008 R2 Hyper-V server for everything but our filthy Avaya Voicemail server that needs a parallel port dongle which I am trying to pipe into VMWare Server GSX.

We were going down the Hyper-V route but have at the last minute switched to vSphere to take advantage of our limited resources. Just testing 2 hosts with ESX, and will be adding 2 more blades as hosts in the summer, and a load of hard disks.

VMware and wouldn't have it any other way, love its simplicity and performance. I'd be interested to see how many people don't currently use any virtualisation at all if your able to add that to the poll?

Xen - not XenServer, but the version that comes with various Linux distributions. We're currently running Xen on top of CentOS 5.1, but I think I'll be moving to a distribution a bit more up-to-date over the summer - maybe Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.
