looking for good citrix xen server support
Hi all we have a very good citrix set up here, but as is often the case the chaps that set it up are so busy (setting up other folks really good citrix setups) it is impossible to get instant answers to the growing questions we have. does anyone know a company that offer telephone support (maybe on a price per ticket basis??) so that i can ask questions on thinghs like upgrades, migrations etc etc.
thanks in advance

8th June 2010, 08:15 PM #2 A number of EduGeek members use XenServer (me for one) and you'll often find us helping each other out. I must admit, there is little to go wrong (touch wood!!!!). To date I have found EduGeek and the Citrix support forums adequate.
If you insist on some support, your Citrix Partner (the blokes you bought your licenses from) should be able to put you in touch with some options. IIRC there may also be a list somewhere in 'My Citrix' but I couldn't guess where it is this week!
