Are the ports used for http and/or https open on the firewall at both ends, on the server and client? Port 80 for http and 443 for https, by default.

What OS is the server with Xen on it running? A Google search for the name of the OS and "firewall settings" or "iptables" should give you a good idea.

How many servers do you have? One physical server (on IP address 192.168.123.200) running XenServer and some kind of separate "infrastructure server" somewhere?
