Are the ports used for http and/or https open on the firewall at both ends, on the server and client? Port 80 for http and 443 for https, by default.

What OS is the server with Xen on it running? A Google search for the name of the OS and "firewall settings" or "iptables" should give you a good idea.

Hmm. If XenServer is an all-in-one Linux distribution then I assume it takes care of any needed firewall exceptions itself.

How many servers do you have? One physical server (on IP address 192.168.123.200) running XenServer and some kind of separate "infrastructure server" somewhere?
