XenDesktop - Thin Clients
We’re looking at XenDesktop as a VDI Solution, much cheaper than View, also looking at the comparison, performs much better, Google ICA vs RDP.
Does anyone have any experience with XenDesktop thin clients, Wyse look to be the best, but also the most expensive.
Were already using XenApp for about 60 users, so were well experienced with Citrix and their Many Management consoles...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If cost is an issue look at Sun's VDI 3, uses VirtualBox - It will depend on RDP protocol.

There is a school in Northampton who recently moved to Axel from the devices you mention - you can find details in the post below, and I am sure they would be happy to accept a PM if you have any questions or would like details of the specific technical reasons why they moved to Axel....
Axel AX3000 m70 for Lesson Monitor
This particular school run XenApp as opposed to XenDesktop, the M80 Thin Client supports both...
