So nut-ed, you don't use open source products because you don't get support? Seems a bit strange...

Given enough time I'm sure most issues could be sorted with some elbow grease and their extensive support forums.

Horses for courses - if you'd rather pay a company for support as well as their product just to have someone to wail at then fair enough. Surely as all this costs is time maybe it's worth looking at though....?
