Hi everyone
Please can someone advise me on how to change the size of my swap file on my VM servers. I have 8 VMs running on my server all using 10gig space for their swap file. The server has loads of memory but want to decrease the swap file sizes.
Any help would be great
Cheers

31st July 2009, 03:14 PM #2 Linux? If so, you'll need to fdisk a partition of the relevant size, mkswap it and mount it up.
Depending upon how you've configured the storage on the host though the total allocation may already be being used?
