Can anyone help with the setup for these
I am new to this but so far have managaged to get the rdp to open for the user full screen
my problem is that if they log of it goes back to linux desktop as it does when they press escape.
I was sent this document by HP support to set them up in kiosk mode.
See below the procedure to lock the Thin Client to a Kiosk mode:
By default the device auto logs in as 'User'.
• If this is not, you can change this from Desktop -> Administration --> Login Window. In the Security Tab, you can select the Autologon Username. In this Tab, also make sure that "Allow local system administrator logon" is also enabled. Click the "close" button.
• Add the desired RDP connection using the HP Conenction Administrator, which I am sure you already have done.
• Click the 'Advanced' button in the connection Administrator and select the connections available for 'User'.Select Auto and if desired, Persistent.
• You may wish to show the user interface or choose not to.
• Click on Save and OK
• Now make sure you are logged on as user. (user/user)
• Desktop --> Preferences --> Sessions
• Select Startup Programs Tab
• Click on Add and type in /usr/bin/cman
• Remove "nautilus" and "gnome-panel" from the startup tab.
• Click Apply
• Click on "Save current session" under the 'Session Options'
• Press ctrl + alt + backspace and log back as user/user
• This should give you the desired effect.
• To log on root, press ctrl + alt+ backspace. Keep the Shift key pressed at the blank screen. Login as root/root for full access as root (administrator)

It's all in the admin guide, which you can download from the relevant product support page on the HP website.
