I have a C3000 chassis with 8 blades. This will be used for Citrix. Do I need to team the 2 network cards in each blade (like our main servers) or does Citrix not mind if they are just 1GB X 2 connections from each blade.

I can't speak for Citrix, but from a failover point of view teaming is definitely a better idea. If you enable Transmit Load Balancing on your team you will also increase throughput as well as being able to sustain failover if one of your switch modules loses connectivity.

I got this working on our HP StorageWorks server with no issues at all, used the HP Network program, teamed the cards, created th virtual adapter, gave it an IP and voila.
However when i tried this one of our blades (Bl460C) in the C3000 i couldnt get any pings or anything, we use it as a WDS server and DC so it would have been nice to get it on 2 x 1Gb.
Gave up in the end, wait till summer i guess.
