I think this is right for 1 Citrix server.
MS Server 2008 (1 off)
MS Terminal Server (1 off)
MS Terminal Server Device CAL (as many as connected thin clients)
Citrix Xenapp (as many as Terminal Server devices)
Is this correct?
Many thanks

You will also need Device Cals for the Thin Clients this will be the same number of TS cals.
You don't need a separate licence for Terminal Server - it's a role that's available within Server 2008.
You do need to install the licencing role as well as the terminal server role, but again that's part of Windows 2008.
You're just needing to ensure the clients are licenced correctly.
Doeas anyone know if the schools agreement for desktops includes TS cals for server 2008 or not
thanks

Not that I can remember, but best check with your agreement provider.
