I know it is possible to automatically power on VMs when you boot up the host system in VMware Server 2.0. However, is this possible in VMware Workstation? I have 2 VMs running, but they do not power on automatically when I boot the host PC up.
Can someone tell me if this possible using VMware Workstation 6.5?

12th January 2009, 11:56 AM #3 On your main VMware server page, click on the host server on the left pane, then on the right, you should see "Edit Virtual Machine Startup/Shutdown settings", that should be what you're looking for to start. More details at Configuring VMware Server 2.0 Host-Wide Settings - Virtuatopia
Hope that helps (I knew you used to be able to, so it had to be somewhere!)
Cheers

Thanks, but I already knew that!
I wanted to know if it was possible on VMware Workstation.
