we are having problems getting usb printers working

we have installed the drivers on the citrix farm like we have been told.
But when we connect to thin client we get a unidentified usb device and it asks for the driver name. so ive tried to type in the name on the citrix farm and it doesnt work.

we are really struggling and need to get printers to work. does anyone have a installation guide etc.

please help!

we are running windows sever 2003 over ts and have a citrix aswell any advice welcome
