Have you checked that each station has its own USB hub and these are not accidentally plugged in, in the wrong order easy done and this usually prevents a new station being created, also have you checked in the console your in station mode not maintenance mode.

This is the Multipoint deployment guide which I found extremely useful:
Download Windows MultiPoint Server 2011 Deployment Guide from Official Microsoft Download Centre
The section your looking for is Direct Video Connected Stations
    Hope this helps

Short answer, yes, it uses the hub to determine which devices belong to which station so you want all the hardware for each screen on its own hub ie, mouse keyboard and soundcard all on one hub to the OS knows its a set.

Right when i turn on the pc and each monitor display image, it only appear the MPS screensaver on both monitor, however i can see mouse pointer on each monitor but cant do anything else but move the pointer around while the screensaver says "windows multipoint server 2011" floating around. I thought MPS would be like softxpand duo, i thought it was like any normal window where you log on to the manager and then deploy a new station on each monitors.

Try reinstalling it Multipoint is unstable as hell on lots of hardware with direct attach screens and you may want to take some time to read more about it.
