A few school in our borough are looking into this. From what I've seen however it looks just like Terminal Services I can't see any management software at all. Anyone else had experience of this? I'm looking at Sun, Citrix, Ericom and 2X presently so I'm just trying to find valid arguments not to use it if however you have information to show that Client Connect can do more please let me know.

Client Connect effectiveley turns a Windows 2003 Terminal Server into an RM Managed Workstation - so that when users connect to the terminal server from a thin client, or Remote Desktop etc they actually "get" a CC3 Workstation to all intents and purposes. Client Connect is only useful if you have an RM CC3 network - it is not a standalone product. It gives you a way of bringing terminal server to your network whilst keeping your schools RM CC3 interface.
To be honest, if you all have CC3 networks I wouldnt bother going with Client Connect now. The functionality of Client Connect is built in to RMCC4 which is just round the corner now, so you may as well just wait a bit, and upgrade to CC4 and then you will inherit managed RM terminal server functionality.
Thats my 2p.

Fair enough we don't have CC3 anymore nor are we likely to use CC4 or CC5 however this may be interesting for some of the RM schools in my borough.
