automatic logging off, of the thin client

    Hi There,

My problem is as users are doing their work they are getting logged off and redirected to the login screen of thin client.

My question is, that logging off should not happen.

Can anyone help me out with this issue.

Check in Remote Desktop Configuration that you don't have session or logon limits enabled. I do use them, but set them at 6hrs to make sure everyone is off in the evenings.

they are not getting logged off when they kept their systems in the idle state, but while they are working on their stuff then they are getting that problem and they should login back again to do their work.

    ?????

Sounds like logon limits to me then. Heck the event log on the rdp server which would report the log off event too.
