GameMaker & Thinapp ... Headache!
Okay so we are currently creating a virtual network for our school, we will be one of the first to do this all ourself I would imagine. (Follow the progress on my blog -> www.workingwithit.co.uk)
ANYWAY,
I am having a large headache with gamemaker, we are using VMWare thinapp to make our apps, however when i create Gamemaker it loses it's licence , and yes i do input the licence information before i build the app.
Has anyone got around this?

Did this two years ago using ThinApp, VMWare View etc. As you move on I'm sure you'll find just how limited ThinApp & View really are, but it's the process you go through to get there that's important not the realisation that actually the technology just isn't up to it. Still I'm sure you've not wasted lots of school's money and time on the initiative. Just search for "Dave_O" and you'll be able to read my experiences on the whole "desktop virtualisation" issue.
