Internet uptime

Does anyone know what percentage of internet uptime SWGFL are meant to provide?

Our internet seems to be very intermittent lately. Has anyone with SWGFL made a note of how many times the internet has gone down?
I havn't but may start from today.

I've got isa routing chaining failure logs for 3 instances this year totalling 4hrs 46mins. That doesn't cover the 5 minute-here-and-there drops where the isa server doesn't complain, which are MUCH more common.

It seems to have been very patchy over the past month. I believe there was an attempted DOS attack on their servers a couple of weeks ago haven't heard anything since.

Yep, my TMG logs show regular loss of connectivity most evenings. AFAIK, there is a lot of overnight maintenance going on - I will try and get some more info again and post...
