13th March 2012, 10:37 AM #4 Internet from swgfl is all over the place for us too. We've logged a call. They're having issues at their end.

13th March 2012, 10:51 AM #5 This sadly seems to happen with SWGfL far too often.
Are there other options we could look at I wonder?

Text I just received from SWGFL:-
"The intermittent periods of connectivity are a result of unexpected behaviour within the core network. We continue to investigate with the highest priority"

13th March 2012, 11:16 AM #9 spoken to swgfl this morning they have a firewall 'issue' for which they have cisco engineers on site. The best they could offer me by way of a timeline for resolution was that it "should be all resolved by the close of business today"

Give SWGFL a break! It will be fixed when it is fixed (something we'd all like to say to those bugging us during downtime!).

13th March 2012, 12:17 PM #15 Gave you a TY for this mate. However, this particular service has dumped on many of us far too often and we are the folk in the middle fielding the 'my easymail, my internet' isn't working calls. I'm usually at the top of the tree when it comes to supporting the boys and girls at SWGfL as they have given me heaps of support over the years but on this occasion it's just one failure too many.
