We kick off the New Year with a presentation from Andy Ginn, looking at SharePoint sizing and configuration, performance on different platforms, and virtualised environment best practice. Should you be using Windows Server 03 or 08? SQL 05 or 08? Does it make a difference? Come and find out!
Then new speaker Lee Fedder is taking our 15 min slot to talk about integrating SharePoint with insurance claims management applications via web services.
Finally SUGUK’s own Mark Macrae will be doing a session on using SQL Server Reporting Services in SharePoint integrated mode – a powerful but often forgotten Business Intelligence tool.
