RDP in at the phones native res and use all of the Windows UI. It was actually the reason why I went for that rather than the HD2 and one of the reasons why I am still not sold on the WP7 platform.

I wasn't until I saw Remote Desktop on android (not free), uses the screen as a touchpad, relative movement, also scrolls the screen, so can do >800x480 or whatever your screen res is. As long as you have a physical keyboard it's pretty good
