How many laptops do you manage?

About 80 in trolleys (a pain) and 70 fixed 'front of classroom' ones with wired network connections and connected to projectors which managment-wise are effectivlely desktops (a breeze except for the "there's nothing on my screen/projector - have you pressed Fn f8?" calls)

We manage 300, it's going to be more like... 650-700 if they get there way, definitely wont be there if the situation with staffing and salary/scales doesn't change!

I just checked my numbers... I hadn't realised it was so many.. fortunately no Wireless VOIP despite what people are asking for.

If I include the 27 netbooks I will get this summer for some of the year 12, it will be 275....
Although, this does include the 60 netbooks managed by science for their data logging stuff... which I don't touch.

Approx 60 or 70 staff laptops. Then we have a couple of trolleys of 16 for students, but these laptops were produced in 2008 (BC) so are of the 'door wedge' specification.

15 Staff Laptops
10-15 "Pool" machines
20 Pupil

School 2:
15-20 Staff Laptops
200+ Pupil Laptops (1/child)
40-50 "Spare" machines (mainly ex-pupil, being used to replace worn out machines)

School 3:
30 Staff Laptops (1xW7 machine + 1 older machine each - don't ask)

School 4:
30-40 Staff machines (Ranging from brand new to Dell D600s)
50 Pupil machines
