Haven't voted because it's not a school system, but I do look after a full IP PABX for a nearby practice (Asterisk-based, Aastra handsets and IP-terminated call routing).

Used to look after a SpliceCom IP PBX at my last school, looking to implement an asterisk system at my new one.

Will be having a new phone system installed next week which I will be responsible for. Siemens Hi-Path with digital and IP phones. The install cost includes support for the first 12 months and then we'll see whether or not we extend the service contract or if Ill go it alone.

No IP telephones for me yet. We have a horrible ancient Panasonic switchboard with a mixture of digital and analogue handsets, the volume levels are awful on it - you can hardly hear people sometimes, and it's feature set is poor. It's managed by an outside company, and costs us a small fortune everytime we want something changed, I wan't nothing to do with it!

Our new building will be full IP telephones, not sure who we'll go with yet, or even if I'll have any say in the choice, as some of these decisions are out of my hands unfortunitely

We currently have a 9 year old Ascom PBX(digital exts) managed externally, I'm currently in the process of finalising an order for a new Hybrid Aastra PBX which will be partially managed in house with the backup of our provider. Sticking with the digital exts for now with any new extensions using IP.

Full IP PBX here (Asterisk+FreePBX). Replaced an ageing Digital (Toshiba) system.

Don't currently manage any PBX/IP phone system, but it's looking likely that within the next 12 months we will be. Currently looking at various options to replace our very old analogue PBX system

I manage a PBX system, and an internal IP telephone system - although for various reasons at the moment they are not combined. Looking to merge into one system later this year.

We've just moved to a Siemens Hi Path 3500 system, to replace the old Panasonic DAS unit.

We have a fantastic support agreement from a local company, who have even trusted me with the passwords for the system, although they've yet to see me damage it. I think the support runs for 1 or 3 years and then we will have to pay for more.

It is so much easier to manage, all via the web browser as opposed to pressing 5,5,8 to change XYZ on the old one.
And now I have to arrange to get rid of the old system...

We now have a Cisco system. Used to have analogue but a power surge at the local sub station fried that (and several other items), and though the system was circa 5 years old the technicians were having to look on Ebay for replacement parts.
We "shadowed" the chap configuring the Cisco system and for the most part our NM manages it.
