Current standard rates are about £45 per night. I would like to offset this to £35 per night. I need numbers first.

I hope to make this, quite close for me, 15 miles or so. Is this next door to the Woodlands Centre? I remember teaching a few blocks of "Internet for Beginners" evening classes there many years ago, about 1999, the first few weeks were traumatic as the Internet access was turned off centrally at 7 o'clock and my classes ran till 8-30. Luckily I had plenty of stuff on CD to demonstrate, no pen drives in those days.

grr...all these bloody online train sites don't go far enough in the future to get tickets now so can't even check prices.....ARGH!

    Thats it, cancel the internet!!!

er....but apart from that I'll try and get up. If there's anymore southerners going, give us a shout, group tickets = discount-a-rama

    I'll definately be there.

I will be coming up from around the South Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire border so if anybody is not a million miles away and would like a lift, save the traveling alone, give me a shout.

Hmm... you know somthing i might just do that.. i have never came to one before and it would be nice to see some of you guys aswell as see what Dos_Box has lined up.

Is it going to cost anything there? or am i right in thinking i just going to have to pay for my Train Ticket etc

Train Ticket: Bham New Street - Preston = £32.50 Single.

Going to have to stay the night as train finishes at like 9pm

Hotel: Depends between £20 and £40 depending on which one i would of though

So Going to need about £100 lol
