It should only take about 2 and half hours by car. Stay in preston overnight and have fun with us

260 miles to hear about online safety and a MS sales pitch.
I'll have to think about this one.

Most of us are lucky to get one day off to attend something like this, let alone several to allow travelling half way across the country and overnight stays. Also, who is going to pay? Not a chance in hell my schools would!

It is during May half-term. Put some leave in. That's what I have to do.

It's less about that and more about the socialising/networking aspects. As it is a conference, you should be able to count the day as CPD - I usually take a day either side as leave too for traveling and to allow some blood back into my alcohol-stream before driving!

If there is something in particular that you are desperate to see discussed just contact Dos_Box and we'll see what we can do.

Depending on exams I might try to make an effort to come. It'd be interesting to actually get to go to a conference for a change.
