    Powershell get-eventlog script

    Hi guys,

I'm in the process of creating a powershell script that will log all the errors logged in the application and system sections of the event log over the past day to a text file. I've got most of the script sorted but I want to filter out specific event ID's that I don't want showing in the log, how can I do this?

Have this piped in now "Where{$eid -notcontains $_.eventid}", expressing $eid earlier in the script
