They're always doing something wrong aren't they? Or am I getting them mixed up with another host?

    email

I have applied for this software looks great, I dont seem to be able to find any information on how the helpdesk "email box" works (I'm presuming some kind of pop3 polling system)

ie: staff email a particular address which gets inputted into the MLH system

    Kind Regards
    Gary

@garyholder: You are correct there is a small windows service that runs and polls a dedicated email inbox via pop3.

This is not released yet but will be released alongside the 0.9.8 release at the end of June 08

Whats the latest version of this? I have "MyLittleHelpdesk_0_9_6b.zip" and could do with MS access support.

0.9.8b is with the beta testers at the moment so the released version is 0.9.7b.

Depends on when you bought I just had a look at the homepage and it would appear that Oz has made some more changes to the licensing.

    I'd suggest contacted them directly.

Just applied for a copy of MLH. Looks great.

How is the AD integration coming along?
