Ah, I must of missed that earlier announcement. I'll give that a go and get back to you.

OK, let me know how you get on.

We have not had any issues with either the Print Manager or Asset Manager not showing in this manner.

Doesn't surprise me that we get weird issues to be honest. Standard fare around here! The upgrade has resolved the issues with everything I mentioned however. Thank you very much for the advice.

I've got just 1 more query for now. Before purchasing we enquired if it'd be possible to import our school's timetable in to the Resource Booking system and were told it was possible. I apologise if it may have been mentioned earlier in the thread but is there anywhere I might find a bit of a 'how-to' for this?

Just to say that the queue email addresses do seem to be working now, my testing was not thorough enough and was masking an issue.

One question, a technician can have a primary queue, or all queues. Is there a way we can specify which queues they have responsibility for (more than one but fewer than all).

    Thanks

Currently you can be linked to either one or all queues. The ability to choose any number of queues has been requested and is on the roadmap for v2.4 with the ETA being Jan 2013 - You can see more here: Roadmap - OP Software Issue Tracker

    Hi,

New to this software and thread and currently running v2.3.999.31395 and have noticed that the article controls on the knowledge base simply don't appear so I am unable to edit/delete/export an article.

I never really noticed until I took a closer look at the online demo.

It's probably something simple that I've missed but are there any ideas?

    Cheers

    Dan

    Oops, scratch my previous post.

It appears that there was an issue with a singular article and deleting it from the database was the way forward.

    Sorry

One of my technicians thinks he has a problem with adding printer manufacturers, has anyone else experienced this or is he just being stupid?

Just a quicky - what's the best way of moving the SQL database to another machine?

Create an empty database on the new server, backup the database on the old one, restore that datbase backup on the new server and then update your web.config file to point at the new database server.

We've just seen an odd issue - hardly an urgent request but may be worth looking at.

In the Support Request Reports - the graphs are not ordering correctly, note the dates along the bottom in the attached image.

Like I said, nothing major but it threw us for a few minutes when we were having a quick glance.
