    I think you misunderstand a little, i will clarify.

    The was a feature called file downloads where, like a knowledgebase, you could have categories of file downloads. As there was such an overlap between file downloads and the knowledge base the decision was taken to remove file downloads as a whole.

    This is not to be confused with the ability for user to upload files and such to support requests, this will always be there.

    Can someone please remind me where i control which file types can be added to an incident.
    I've looked in web.config but there are half a dozen places that list extensions and none of them match the list that comes up on a new incident.

    Also, new incidents and replies don't have control over text size / format which was supposedly an easy fix in the last version. Any news ...?

    Ah. I think the incident attachments was changed to not be included within the file manager so this might be hard coded. This would be why you can't see the exclusions in web.config as these apply to the files managed through the file manager. Ozan would confirm that! Have you tried raising a support call?

    The font size issue is just a CSS tweak from what I recall. Which version are you running?

    I can't raise a support call because the support system is down! Well, it's been migrated and i don't know my password any more. I asked for a new one, but got an error, so basically it doesn't work. Mentioned it a few posts ago.

    I'd like to allow png and pdf attachments, and ideally i'd like control over the list.

    Running Ruby now v2.2.273.33240
    but i thought it was a simple fix in the last update.

    You used the mobile interface? it works now Quite hard to find how to login on an iphone and some issues with scrolling and not filling the screen properly, but really useful.

    If you are talking file manager then you need to look here - https://opsoftware.net/helpdesk/kbDetails.aspx?id=54

    If you are talking file uploads for support requests this was a hardcoded list but has been changed in the next release so you can control it from the admin area.

    As far as control over text sizes see the online demo it has been fixed in the next release.

    Will get your support account reset for you so keep an eye out for your reset email.

    The mobile interface works very well on tablets but depending on the iOS version of the iPhone we have come across a few layout issues on safari. We have fixed a number of these in the upcoming v2.3 release.

    Slight delay as we have a couple of issues surrounding the revamped resource manager and the way 2 week timetables are handled, we are working with testers to get this resolved and will release as soon as we can.
