    Is much of the helpdesk customisable? for example the colour scheme? if for example i wanted to be able to integrate the helpdesk into the home page of our intranet site but i wanted to keep the colour scheme the same is that doable?

    It works on templates, so yes. This was a feature added well before 2.0 I believe.

    Can anyone tell me if this does the following:

    - Link with Active Directory usernames/passwords
    - Allow submission of new tickets via email parsing (i.e. email helpme@schoolname.com and have it log the email as a new ticket in the helpdesk)
    - Have email replies also update on the helpdesk

    Even if we only bought the software in Nov? I don't want to buy, if I'm covered for support/upgrades for 12 months. Did go for the "Pro Upgrades and Support", but it needs a couple code.

    When I spoke to Oz (shortly before the last lot of updates) he said he was starting ringing round folk to get them sorted on the upgrades the next day (yesterday) ... so it is starting ... and he knows that your upgrade is already covered under your existing licence too and is keen for you to have it before swanning off on holiday!

    Nope. I had promising communications with Ozan over the weekend but no response to my emails since Sunday evening. Sadly I may not be able to proceed now - my next two weeks are pretty full, and I can't see myself having the time to install/configure etc

    We sent a purchase order Friday afternoon.

    After calling and emailing, Ozan sent me an email saying i should receive more information 'shortly'. That was on the 15th

    Emailed again this morning but no response this time.

    This is becoming critical now.

    EDIT: Just tried calling. No answer. Left a message.

    I'm a bit perplexed if I'm honest.
    Having emailed back and forth several times over the weekend (which I was hugely suprised / happy about), I thought it would be a quick thing to tie up this week. If it isn't just me having trouble getting in touch - and the contact we're wanting to make is a pre-sale / sale contact, then I am wondering what aftersales and support might be like.
